Managerial
Over a decade of my time I have been dedicated to leadership of teams and projects. Including setting up effective processes and forming teams from the ground up. Starting with recruitment followed by training, mentoring, and lidership. All this was done to co-ordinate and achieve project deadlines with engineering quality, proper risk assessment and mitigation of it. My teams span across multiple regions, genders and cultures. It gives me a great pleasure to be of a service in this type of a role.
Technical
Information technology is something I cannot live without. It has started as a hobby during teenage years and became the thing for me. It’s with me since more than two dacades now. During that time some of my technical roles were in customer support, web design, network administration, quality assurance, infrastructure/os administration and coding.
